As I mentioned in an earlier Nutrisystem update, I received a Lifetrak Fitness Tracker to review. I reached out to them because I have been wanting one and I even included it in my Holiday Gift Guide. I also know that making sure I get enough activity was going to be key to my weightloss.

I received the Lifetrak Zone C410w to review. This tracker is slimmer, sleeker, and designed with women in mind, which is why I chose it. I personally liked the look better than the others they have to choose from for me. What makes it stand out is that the Zone C410w works hard by personalizing your calorie burn based on your statistics.
This tracker incorporates your ECG accurate heart rate measurements into the results, filters out false steps and automatically knows when you fall asleep or wake up, and measures your sleep quality. You can see your progress and stats right on your wrist anytime, anywhere since it’s water resistant and doesn’t need a chest strap.

The Zone C410w is always on since it does not require recharging and typically lasts up to one year on a single standard coin cell battery. So, wear it all the time and dress for the occasion, by easily reversing its white/orchid reversible band. I also love that is has the time, so it feels like I'm just wearing a watch. It is also Bluetooth enabled and can connect to fitness apps on your phone. I feel that I can turn my good intentions into life long goals with the help of Nutrisystem and the Lifetrak Fitness Tracker.

Trying to get more steps in, but no gain is no gain and I'll take it! :D
I think that's pretty good considering I was able to track my food as much as would have liked because we had a lot of activities this week, including thanksgiving brunch for my daughter's class, her recital, and 1 of 2 thanksgiving dinners. You can find the LifeTrak Zone C410w Fitness Tracker for only $99 on their website or right now for only $40 on Amazon.com! I think that sure makes a GREAT gift idea for anyone trying to lose weight, trying to stay in shape, or anyone who wants an activity tracker!
What do you think of activity trackers? Do you have someone on your lists who wants one?

I have an activity tracker, but I hate that I have to use an app to see what's going on. I love the look of this one!
