I know I have already shared some Teacher Appreciation gifts with all of you, but I have one more that I created and I wanted to share with all of you. Dunkin Donuts is a popular place where we live because it is the closest coffee shop around. I love giving all types of gift cards to my kid's teachers because I feel like they will get the most use out of them and if not, they are easier to trade in. But I love these pun-filled free gift card printables.
If you didn't give a gift around Christmas and completely forgot Teacher Appreciation Week, then end of the year parties (right before summer break) are a perfect time to show those people that have influenced your child's life just how much they mean. One of my favorite radio stations did a poll about what Teachers actually want and don't want. Here are the results:
- Amazon/Target/CFA Gift Cards
- Flair Pens
- Coffee : Dunkin Donuts/Starbucks Gift Cards
- Massage/Facial
- WINE!
ENOUGH ALREADY:
- Tumblers
- Bags/Totes
"And don’t forget about your kid's bus driver!" Of course ANY gift is appreciated, but don't you want to give a gift that they will actually get some use out of? I would also ask your child's teacher what their favorite things are. At my kid's school they do theme days and you can participate in as many or few as you would like. My daughter's teacher had filled out a form telling us all about her and her favorite things at the beginning of the year. I thought it was GENIUS of her to resend it right before Teacher Appreciation Week.
I like giving Dunkin gift cards because a little goes a long way there compared to other coffee places. I like to personally stock up on gift cards when Kroger Company stores have 4x fuel points. But you can also purchase a wide variety of gift cards on Amazon.

ReplyDeleteThis is such a cute idea. I think any teacher would love this!
ReplyDeleteI love Dunkin Donuts! I'm a traditionalist--I don't want anything but donuts that are as brightly-colored and candy-coated as possible!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great teacher gift idea!
ReplyDeleteDo you think you can do the "latte" one with "for all that you do" instead of "for taking care of my munchkin"?
Thanks!
Do we just print them and tape the giftcard on it? I didn't know if there was a trick to doing the slots. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteYes, I bought some of these stickies to glue the card to after I printed it on card stock: https://amzn.to/45pAZoa but tape could work too.
