To make this dish, cook your salmon fillet as you usually would and then place thin strips of aubergine on your grill, lightly salting and oiling them beforehand. To make chickpea croutons, place the chickpeas in the oven and add some garlic powder. Then scatter them over the place once they dry out a little.

If you want to use up some of your leftovers and eat something delicious at the same time, then make a minestrone soup. This minestrone recipe is delicious and a crowd pleaser.
You can adjust the heaviness of your minestrone soup by changing how much pasta it contains. You don’t actually need to use pasta at all if you want to keep it super light.

To make baked apples, first core the stem and pips. Then stuff with a mixture of fruit and nuts. Dried figs and pecans work well. Then place the stuffed apples in the oven for about 30 minutes until the outer apple is cooked and the interior is moist. The juice from the apple should naturally steam the filling during cooking. Serve with low calorie plain yoghurt.
Grilled Chicken And Roasted Vine Tomatoes
This is another starch-free recipe that provides you with delicious flavor sensations but with relatively few calories.
Start by slicing the chicken fillets thinly. Then place them on the grill like burger patties, adding some fresh herbs if you like. Then place the tomatoes in a roasting tray and spray them with olive oil. Leave them to bake for around 30 minutes until their skin begins to fall off.
Scallops And Lentil Salad
This recipe has everything you need to keep you feeling full: protein, fiber and a lot of nutrients.
To make this recipe, start by boiling the lentils. You puy lentils if you can as these tend to have the best texture once cooked. Then chop some cavolo nero into chunks and cook it in a pan until it wilts. Start pan frying the scallops until they are golden brown on both sides. And then garnish the dish with julienne carrot, red pepper and chives.
