Currently, I have only tried ONE pinterest recipe. And it was okay but didn't look as good as the picture and of course wasn't as amazing they said it would be.
But I am trying to make this attempt at being a better housewife. We actually eat at home a lot. And although my couponing make easy fast meals cheap and they are very easy to make, I want to venture out and try new things.
So for my first rendition of on the menu (I'm going to make an assertive effort to make this a weekly list), I am will be focusing on the season. That's right these recipes are all about fall. I have only listed three because let's be realistic, my husband works some nights, I am not Betty Crocker, and I'm also a little lazy lady who likes to call take out.
Feel free below to add your recipes on pinterest that you would like me to attempt to try next week. Who knows, maybe yours will be featured!
I LOVE using Pinterest for recipes. I almost always look at it for inspiration when making my weekly meal plans.
ReplyDeleteI'm usually a Hamburger Helper, Stouffer's Lasagna kind of cook. But with trying to lose weight, I need to get better about actually making home cooked meals.
