Awesome Blossom Cloth Diaper Review {Merry #FluffMas Giveaway Hop, Ends 12/1}

When I was contact by Awesome Blossom to review one of their new prints, I was pretty excited. I don't have a very big stash so we do a combo between sposies and cloth. When I got the email, they described themselves as "a WAHM company striving to make the world a better place one less landfill diaper at a time". I just love that. I received an Awesome Blossom Cloth Diaper in Elephants print to review.

This diaper is a OS (One Size) fits all (9-35lbs), snap adjustable, and modern pocket cloth diaper. The outer material is made of 100% Polyester with a waterproof TPU lining to protect against leaks and the inner material is super soft micro-fleece. I had only ever heard of PUL lining so I did a little research on TPU. TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is very similar to PUL. The main difference is that TPU is heat bonded instead of chemical bonded. Basically these are the same fabric except some have said that TPU is better at biodegrading, but that hasn't been proven yet. TPU is very soft and feels more fabric like, less like plastic. TPU should not be washed on HOT. ***The More You Know*** :D Anyways, all Awesome Blossom diapers have 2 layers of snaps to adjust the size in the waist and legs plus extra cross over snaps for x-small fitting, as well as 2×3 torso snaps for a perfect fit every time. And each diaper comes with one very absorbent 3 layer micro fiber insert.

I still consider myself a cloth diapering newbie. I am learning so many new things on a daily basis, like the difference between PUL and TPU. Who knew?! Not this girl... But I am loving learning everything and working with great companies like Awesome Blossom in the mean time.
