The theme of the box I received for my grandmother is a winter theme. One of the candy canes were broken which is okay because I wish there was a way to say that sugar treats really shouldn't be included in my care package since my grandmother has diabetes. I loved that it included personalized pictures and I was able to send a personalized note. It's a whole page, so I imagine that you could write a whole letter for your loved one to read if you wished.

I think my grandmother will really enjoy her box.
