Have you ever wanted to start streaming a show, but you don't want to do it alone? I have. My husband and I have different tastes in what we watch for sure. But everyone once in a while I try to convince him to watch a new show with me. If I can convince his friends that it is a show worth streaming, then I'm golden. So the struggle is real.
When you discover a new favorite show or movie on Netflix, the last thing you want to do is watch it alone. With a home full of potential binge-mates, the perfect couch partner is just one persuasive conversation away from joining you. Despite the excuses they might bring to the table—“Sci-Fi isn’t my thing,” “Documentaries bore me,”—no one beats mom and dad when it comes to the power of (entertainment) persuasion. Usually I convince my hubby to watch a new show by offering to pop a bag of popcorn for us. But no matter who you are trying to convince to watch with you, Netflix has got a set of fool-proof rationale that is sure to convince even the most stubborn watchers.

I'm a Netflix fanatic. It's crazy that a Lot of the shows I'm loving at the moment are shows that I alone would never think about giving a second look at but with the persuasion of my husband I have grown to love!
ReplyDeleteWE love netflix. We watch a lot of the Marvel shows, dramas, and comedies together. He watches car shows and documentaries for the most part by himself and I watch my girl dramas by myself but that's only about once or twice a week.
ReplyDeleteWe have cable, but if our rates go any higher, we are looking at Netflix. A couple of our daughters have it and love it!! So do their kids! Documentaries aren't my thing either. A lot of people don't interest me.
ReplyDeleteI've recommended shows to my friends that they have enjoyed. I also follow some of their recommendations. It's a great way to discover new favorites.
ReplyDeletelol We love Netflix and Hulu. Netflix has better movies & some cool tv shows. And Hulu has better and more recent TV shows. I'm kinda awkward though If im going to start watching a TV show I have to watch it from the very first episode, i just cant jump into it
ReplyDeleteHa, these are great. We always end up spending so much time trying to figure out what to watch that we fall asleep before finishing the first episode of whatever we agreed on!
ReplyDeleteWe don't have Netflix but I'd love to get a subscription! I love to watch new shows!
ReplyDeleteI live alone and don't even have a TV. That's a cute flowchart.
