My husband and I have been working hard on not only making it to the gym every day, but our nutrition. Did you know that nutrition is actually the most important part to lose weight? We have been meal prepping, but sometimes we forget to make ahead or get out of our schedule and can't find the time. I recently was sent some awesome goodies found in the frozen food aisle called Wildscape Meals.

Wildscape is a fresh take on frozen meals. Their mission is to make frozen food worth getting excited about. Something that celebrates the vibrancy, flavors, and textures that nature offers us. Wildscape is a promise to the world that you don’t have to choose between the food you have time for and the food you really want to eat.
They are packaged in a resealable and recyclable container and Wildscape Meals are made with ingredients you can recognize by sight and by name. Their recipes contain natural beef, antibiotic free chicken, and ingredients purposely layered to hold their texture when cooking in the microwave. Nutrient-dense, these uniquely combined culinary-forward recipes are dairy free and can be ready in six minutes or less, making them perfect for busy moms.
Wildscape has six delicious varieties. They are:
- Peri Peri Portobellos with Sweet Potatoes, Black Beans and Mango, Turmeric Barley and Toasted Coconut (vegetarian)
- Chimichurri Chicken with Red Potatoes, Poblano Chiles, Bell Peppers, Barley, and Aji Amarilla Puree
- Gochujang Cauliflower with Brussels Sprouts, Chickpeas & Quinoa, Riced Cauliflower, Cashews and Pickled Onions (vegetarian & gluten-free)
- Cilantro Lime Chicken with Charred Corn Salsa Freekeh, Black Beans, Rice Cauliflower, and Avocado Mojo Verde
- Seared Steak with Caramelized Sweet Potatoes, Sorghum, Red Rice, and Pickled Red Onions (gluten-free)
- Togarashi Beef with Red Cabbage, Edamame and Carrots, Wheat Berries, and Black Garlic Miso
These meals are absolutely delicious. We tried Cilantro Chicken and Seared Steak from my local Publix. They were like meals that we would meal prep ourselves. If I didn't microwave them myself (which was easy and took less than 6 minutes), then I would have never known they were previously frozen! I think these area a great yummy and better-for-you option than other freezer meals out there. My husband is NOT a freezer meal kind of person so he was apprehensive to try these, but he LOVED them. He said the seared steak was his favorite even though he was originally worried how the pickled onions would taste (he doesn't normally like onions), but he loved it! What do you think of Wildscape Meals? What variety would you like to try? Where would you take your freezer meal?
